Nikki is an accomplished entrepreneur, educator, and mergers and acquisitions advisor known for blending strategic insight with creativity and purpose. She holds a BA in Advertising & Marketing from the University of Colorado and began her career with the world’s largest advertising agency before founding and later selling her own successful advertising agency.  Her entrepreneurial journey continued with the creation of Nikki Stinson Art, a creative venture that reflects her lifelong passion for design and innovation. Today, as founder and owner of Stinson Consulting,  Nikki helps family-owned and founder-led companies navigate growth and transition with confidence. In addition to leading the firm, she teaches entrepreneurship and business development, inspiring the next generation of business leaders. An artist in her rare spare time, Nikki brings the same balance of creativity and precision to her work and life with her husband, Matt, and their four children.

Matt is an experienced mergers and acquisitions advisor and former automotive executive with more than two decades of leadership across multiple industries. Matt has been involved in over 50 transactions across 25 states, representing more than $1 billion in combined annual revenue. Matthew holds an Executive MBA from Southern Methodist University and a BA in History from Louisiana State University of Shreveport. He also earned a Mergers & Acquisitions Certification from The Wharton School and additional credentials in Finance and Accounting from SMU. He is married to Nikki, together they have four children.
